For the sake of this guide Once you run setup.exe have it add the files to c:\cygwin.

So I am writing this as there isn't a real clear cut guide out there on just exactly how to do this from start to finish as you need more then just the app and a new IDPS to change your IDPS instead of having to run apps every time to use your new IDPS. This makes Rebug about as close to a standard CEX CFW as possible. Use Rebug toolbox and set "System Mode" to NORMAL and "Debug Menu Type" to CEX QA before attempting this guide to ensure there is no chance of making a brick though it shouldn't. Bascily you need to be in the mode that spoofs 4.41 and has no DEX/Debug option in the settings category. It should also be noted for Rebug users that one should have all debug style option removed prior to trying this. But after some of the comments and PM's I have gotten it is becoming more and more apparent that a lot of users simply are not reading and want this more less done for them when it is here in an easy to read format.
